OENGER new vision

At OENGER, we’ve always believed in supporting artists from the ground up. I conceived and initiated OENGER out of a deep passion for music, and the agency came to life with the support of Florent Lesage, who managed the business side for five years. Along the way, I’ve also relied on hands-on support from my girlfriend, Ophélie Labeeu, who has taken over Florent’s role on the board since 2025.

Over the years, I’ve learned that every artist’s journey is unique, and a one-size-fits-all approach simply doesn’t work. That’s why OENGER is evolving into a more flexible, on-demand consultancy model, still rooted in the same care, dedication, and passion, but designed to meet the specific needs of each project.

The new way of working at OENGER is simple: flexibility and focus. Artists can access my expertise on a fixed-fee or hourly basis, ensuring that support is not only high-quality but also accessible. Each collaboration is customized, giving every artist the tools, knowledge, and guidance they need to grow stronger while staying true to their creative vision.
